Sometimes, people here have mentioned how they'd like to see something like a mine train coaster, or LAB being moved somewhere else in the park so the land it's currently sitting on can be developed.  Even if those specific things aren't something Lagoon would consider, I think it would be safe to say that there would be some other multimillion dollar rides in the northern part besides Primordial - but I don't think that those will be happening within the next 3-4 years.
If you go back and look at the speed and investment Lagoon has put in to the park since 1997 it's amazing. Rattle snake rapids in adjusted dollars cost almost 9 million. Air Race and Bombora I believe were both in the neighborhood of 5 million. Not to mention basically 40 million+/- on Wicked and Cannibal. I would not be surprised to find the total price tag on Primordial more than Cannibal's. And that's just some of the rides. The park has made so many upgrades over the years. This is all done by a regional/seasonal park. I feel lucky to live so close...

Air Race was 2.3 Million. The ride alone was 1.3 Million.

Sorry. I got that one wrong. Your example though shows how you were saying Lagoon 'pluses' everything. What basically any other park would have just plopped down Lagoon spent all of the extra money to make it stand out.

Believe it or not this is related to the new ride start guessing.
If it's not going to affect you in 5 years don't spend more than five minutes of your life being angry about it.
