Something's not right with the date on the first one. It says Samurai is open but that wasn't until the following year.

I remember the virtual rides! Lagoon was ahead of its time with that. It wasn't a full pov about it was enough to wet ones appetite.

Clicking a couple of links there showed that a Frightmares day pass was $14.95 in 1998

20 years later (today) Lagoon's site shows a Frightmares day pass to be $62.95

https://www.lagoonpark.com/buy-tickets/

If the prices continue to increase at the same rate, in another 20 years (2038) a day pass during Frightmares will be $265.06 but I'm sure they'll round that down to $264.95

There were also fewer rides available and only 2 houses back then.
