Project 2015 - "Cannibal" Speculation Thread
Here's my question. Have they finished the deep foundation for the ride? I see many pilings just sitting there up in the corner of the work site this entire season with no sign of any use. Could these be for something else, or what is the deal with these?

No, the deep foundation will not be complete until all of the Piles are Driven, Caged, and Filled with Concrete. You are correct that there are still some piles that remain to be driven, and that won't happen until they no longer need to get heavy equipment inside the construction area.

There's not a lot of space to work with in the plot of land they are working on. I'm sure the ride will be awesome, but hope that they utilize the speed of the trains to their highest potential.

Cool
Thumbs Up
Thought everyone would like to see these construction photos. The first are by me taken from the Double Thunder viewing area. The others were taken by Greg from the side of the road with a good zoom lens. Enjoy!

Why Not? You lock in Prices Now, and everything is ready to go once the Foundation and Piers are in.

Imagine all the hype this coaster will generate throughout next year as people see its construction. I think it's going to be awesome to watch it built.
Red track. Nice.
