Question Wild Mouse Repaint
I noticed back in September that Lagoon had removed the curved roof that sat over the Wild Mouse loading and unloading station. They replaced it with a black net that covers the station. Did anyone else notice this? I'm curious when Lagoon removed the roof and maybe even the reason for its removal. Anyone know the answer to either of those?

Here are some shots of what the station looks like without the roof:

I was able to find the old roof. It's hiding out in the grass field on the north end of the park.

It's rumored Mouse is getting a new Paint Job for 2013. Wink

Well then. Case solved. Proud of Lagoon for updating their fading rides.

I don't see any reason why they need it. Although, I wouldn't complain if they add it back, or make a new one. I like that idea, making a new one.

Okay. That makes sense. That would be awesome. Do the rumors indicate if the paint job will be new colors or just a fresh coat of the current colors?

^ I was wondering the same thing. I like the current colors, but a new change would be nice as well!

Just saw this posted on Screamscape. A company is introducing wild mouse cars that swing from side to side and positions riders forwards and backwards. As of now, the cars are on a Revershon track so I am not sure if they are the car manufacture. I know the likelihood of Lagoon getting these cars are slim, but it looks like it could be a great improvement for the ride.

The seats don't seem to move enough to make much of a difference to me. Maybe with weight in them it would be different.

I wouldn't mind seeing a new paint scheme on Wild Mouse. But I'd rather see The Spider in new colors.
