CARS LAND -- Coming to Disney California Adventure park June 15, 2012, Cars Land features three immersive family attractions showcasing characters and settings from the Disney-Pixar film, "Cars," including one of the largest and most elaborate themed environments ever created for a Disney park.

CARS LAND -- Neon signs will light up the night as final preparations are made to open Cars Land. The Disneyland Resort has announced that the new 12-acre land and its three new family attractions at Disney California Adventure park will open to the public on June 15, 2012. Cars Land will immerse guests in the thrilling world of the Disney¥Pixar blockbuster ÒCarsÓ film franchise as they step into the town of Radiator Springs.

MEET LIGHTNING MCQUEEN AND MATER IN CARS LAND -- Coming to Disney California Adventure park June 15, 2012, Cars Land features three immersive family attractions showcasing characters and settings from the Disney-Pixar film, "Cars," including one of the largest and most elaborate themed environments ever created for a Disney park. McQueen and Mater will be greeting park guests daily outside the Cozy Cone Motel on Route 66.



LUIGI'S FLYING TIRES --Coming to Disney California Adventure park June 15, 2012, Cars Land features three immersive family attractions showcasing characters and settings from the Disney-Pixar film, "Cars," including one of the most unique ever created. Luigi's Flying Tires invites guests to glide on air aboard special tires, whirling around with their pals.



LUIGI’S FLYING TIRES -- Coming to Disney California Adventure park June 15, 2012, Cars Land features three immersive family attractions showcasing characters and settings from the Disney-Pixar film, "Cars," including Luigi’s Flying Tires. At this festival of flying tires, riders lean left and right, floating and bumping along in a 21st century attraction reminiscent of the classic Disneyland Flying Saucers attraction. Music plays and giant inflatable balls glide along the floor, adding to the fun.





ORNAMENT VALLEY -- Coming to Disney California Adventure park June 15, 2012, Cars Land features three immersive family attractions showcasing characters and settings from the Disney-Pixar film, "Cars," including one of the largest and most elaborate themed environments ever created for a Disney park. Ornament Valley is the setting for Radiator Springs Racers, a twisting turning, high-speed adventure through the town of Radiator Springs.

















RADIATOR SPRINGS RACERS -- Coming to Disney California Adventure park June 15, 2012, Cars Land features three immersive family attractions showcasing characters and settings from the Disney-Pixar film, "Cars," including one of the largest and most elaborate attractions ever created for a Disney park: Radiator Springs Racers, shown here during testing, is a twisting turning, high-speed adventure through Ornament Valley and the town of Radiator Springs.











MATERÕS JUNKYARD JAMBOREE - Mater has adapted his home to host MaterÕs Junkyard Jamboree in Cars Land at Disney California Adventure park. Enjoy a tractor-pullin' square dance at Mater's Junkyard Jamboree where you can whip around behind a baby tractor and see the giant jukebox he personally built from his prized possessions!





MATER’S JUNKYARD JAMBOREE -- Coming to Disney California Adventure park June 15, 2012, Cars Land features three immersive family attractions showcasing characters and settings from the Disney-Pixar film, "Cars," including Mater’s Junkyard Jamboree. Guests are invited to an old-fashioned “tow-si-do” in Mater’s salvage yard as they ride trailers hitched to a herd of runaway baby tractors.

With Luigi's Flying Tires there is no steering controls except you just lean to go the direction you want to go and its like one giant air hockey table and the tires float on it.

Hmmmm, could it be that disney finally has something that could rival the world of harry potter?

Yeah sorry about the Flow thing I knew it was Luigi's but was in a hurry and didnt think lol.

These images are for Media people that can go on the website and download them to use them for articles and such like I did. I have added it at the end for the credits.

Does anyone else think that Radiator Springs Racers looks like a large version of the toy racetracks like the one shown below? That's what I thought of the minute I saw the pictures of the ride.

Now I have two places to visit this and Hogwarts! Both of look amazing!
