What park would be complete if it didn't include it's own little Wild Wild West section. Pioneer Village is Lagoon's own little piece of the old Wild West.  With 42 authentic 19th century stores, Pioneer Village is a recreation of of what a typical frontier village might have been like.

Take a walk down the old streets and enjoy the sites.  Each building is furnished with artifacts that would have been used in the late 1800's. And there are a lot of great collections like those found in the Gun Shop and Carriage Hall.

There's a lot of really interesting places in Pioneer Village. If you are looking for something to eat then check out the Old Mill located right next to the Log Flume. The food there is some of the best you'll find on the park. Or maybe it's ice cream you are looking for. Right on Main Street is the Ice Cream shop containing some really good ice cream.  But beware it's a very popular stop.

If you are looking for your very own authentic Pioneer Village souvenir then I have to recommend the Pioneer Village Photo Gallery. Here you can get old time photos taken of yourself and others.  This place has two sides to it. A saloon side and a formal side. So whatever your pleasure you won't be disappointed.

Enjoy your trip back in time.  And while your there, take a ride down Rattlesnake Rapids and see if you can handle the river. You're guaranteed to get wet!  It's one of the wildest river rapid rides out there to date.
