What is Lagoon Is Fun?

Simply put this is a fan site about Lagoon. Lagoon is an amusement park located in scenic Farmington, Utah. It’s well over 100 years old and just the perfect place to spend a fun day riding rides and playing games.

The owner of this site used to work at Lagoon and had a great time. It was probably the best job he will ever hold, but unfortunately had to move on shortly after he got married. Withdrawel from Lagoon soon crept in and thus this website was born to help curb those withdrawels.

You could say Lagoon Is Fun is like a Lagoon patch for those who love it so much and want to make it part of their lives. Everyone who loves the park or wants to learn more about it is welcome. Check out our forum and photo gallery and see for yourself how much people enjoy the park!

Meet the Team:

Will (Velcro) - Owner and webmaster of Lagoon is Fun. This website is his creation and his baby. He loves Lagoon and wants the entire world to know how great it is.

Karena (Velcrolady) - Photographer and Will’s wife. Is forced to take pictures of Lagoon and enjoys every moment of it.

Spencer (blairdawg) - Original creator of the “Lagoon is Fun” yahoo group where this website got it’s name. It was also what inspired Will to create the website.

Sid (linearinduction) - Forum moderator and long time friend. Anal about roller coaster and ride specifics, full of information, and will delete your messages if you annoy him.

Skwid (skwid) - Forum moderator and official “Sid Policeman”. It’s his job to knock Sid back into place if we need it..

Dave (davehi1) - Website Photographer and forum moderator. Owns probably 75% of the photos in the gallery. Has started doing a lot of videos at Lagoon.

Legrand (Lagoon One Hour Photo Guy) - Used to do regular photo updates at the park. Hasn’t done one in quite awhile. Not sure what he does anymore, but we still love him.

John (pennyfarmer) - Forum moderator. Also does videos.
