Rules Sign 115 viewsTurn of the Century used to have a rule stating that riders with open toes shoes would not be allowed to ride. A couple of years ago, Lagoon removed the rule. In this photo, you can see where the spot was for the rule. Lagoon just placed a purple decal over the rule to block it out.Feb 05, 2012 at 10:38 AM
