So as I mentioned before in another post I have been buying K'nex Screamin Serpent Roller Coaster sets or they call them SS sets & other K'nex sets for parts like the Original K'nex Roller Coaster set on ebay & KSL is where I have been finding them for the best deals when I see listing come up. Right now just in SS sets I have 16 and that doesn't even include a BUNCH that haven't been shipped to me yet along with other extra parts, Rippin Rocket sets that I have, & ones are being shipped to me lol. I think I have like about over 20 sets at my house now. I have taken a picture of what sets came with boxes. 13 SS sets, 1 Rippin Rocket set, & 2 Original K'nex Roller Coaster (For Parts) since they have 2,400 pieces in it. The SS sets each have 1,280 & the RR sets each have 1058 pieces.

What I plan on doing is making roller coaster replicas. My fist one I plan on doing is "Roller Coaster" from Lagoon. I will also try to make the queue, station, second track where the second train gets stored, & if I can figure it out I want to try to make it actually move and slide over like "Roller Coaster does when adding/removing a train from the track using the motors & chain to somehow make it move back and forth. (If I can get it all right.) I haven't determined how tall it will be yet but I'm think at LEAST 7 ft tall for the first drop if not higher. Just depends on if I will have enough pieces. I want to make it as tall as I can so that is uses pretty much all my pieces. I also plan on building it in pieces in my house than assembling the sections together out on my patio/deck of my place since there wouldn't be room to completely build it in my house.

Does anyone know where I can find a detailed track layout of "Roller Coaster"? Right now I have just been getting the pics off of RCDB. I also went onto Google maps and put it in satellite view so I could get a top view of "Roller Coaster" so that I know the angles of the track lengthwise.

I then plan on filming it like a off-ride perspective and then getting like a small button pin camera or some small cameras with good video quality preferably HD and attaching it to the front of the car and making a POV of it too! If anyone knows where I can get a camera like that that's in HD please post a link.

Also anyone is more then welcome to help me on this too. I might start construction this week but not sure. This passed week and still going on I have been sorting/counting my K'nex pieces I have been getting into boxes/bins & organizing them according to the connector shapes & shape color/rod length & length color. I have been keeping record on how many pieces I have for each connector/rod plus the other pieces that come with the sets. Also like I said above I still have sets that I bought or plan on buying (when the auctions end) that haven't yet shipped to me. It's been very time consuming lol.
You are in Roy right??? If so I could come give you a hand one day this week maybe. Let me know what your plans are. You can message me here or FB.
